Terms of sale: Claude sales skills
These terms apply when you buy one of our Claude sales skills from this website. Last updated 1 October 2026.
Who we are
Kingsbury & Marshall Ltd, registered in England and Wales, company no. 17447299, registered office: Bramleys, Bath Road, Sturminster Newton, England, DT10 1EB. You can reach us at contact@kingsburyandmarshall.com.
What you’re buying
Digital files (“.skill” files) that add skills to the Claude desktop app, sold one at a time or together as the full sales suite. It’s a one-off payment, not a subscription. The price is shown on the shop page and again at checkout before you pay.
To use the skills you need the Claude desktop app on a paid Claude plan, with code execution switched on. Claude is made by Anthropic, not us, and changes Anthropic makes to Claude can affect how the skills behave. List Builder: Apollo works through your own Apollo account; any Apollo credits it uses are charged by Apollo, and it asks before anything that costs credits.
Delivery
Your files are available as soon as your payment goes through, on the confirmation page and by email. The download links work for 30 days. If you need a fresh link after that, just ask.
Your right to cancel
You’d normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. Because these are digital files supplied straight away, at checkout you ask us to give you immediate access and confirm you understand that you lose the right to cancel once the download starts. If you haven’t downloaded anything, you can still cancel within 14 days of buying for a full refund by emailing us.
If something isn’t right
The skills must match their description and work as described. If one doesn’t, email us and we’ll fix it, replace it or refund you. This doesn’t affect your legal rights.
Using the skills
You can use the skills in your own business, on your own computers. Please don’t resell, share or publish the files. The skills help Claude draft and research, so check what they produce, such as emails and company research, before you rely on it or send it.
Our responsibility to you
We’re responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms. We’re not responsible for loss that wasn’t foreseeable, or, if you’re buying for a business, for lost profit, lost business or business interruption. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can’t be limited by law.
The law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK you can also bring a claim in your local courts.
