Privacy notice
This notice explains what happens to the details you send us through the consultation form on our website, and in any emails you exchange with us afterwards. Last updated 2 October 2026.
Who we are
Kingsbury & Marshall Ltd is responsible for your information (the “data controller”). We are registered in England and Wales, company no. 17447299, registered office: Bramleys, Bath Road, Sturminster Newton, England, DT10 1EB. You can reach us at contact@kingsburyandmarshall.com.
What we collect
When you request a consultation we collect what you type into the form: your name, business name and email address, and, if you choose to give them, your phone number, website, the topics you’d like help with, your message, and your preferred day, time and way to talk.
Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical details such as your IP address and browser type in its server logs, to keep the site running and secure. Our website doesn’t use cookies, analytics or advertising trackers.
Why we use it
We use your details only to reply to your request, arrange your consultation and follow up on it. Our legal basis is that you asked us to do this before any agreement between us, and our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries about our services. We don’t sell your information, and we won’t add you to a mailing list.
Where it goes
When you press send, the form goes to a small program on our hosting provider, Vercel, which runs in London. It isn’t saved in a database. That program passes your request to Resend, an email delivery service, which emails it to our inbox and sends a copy to you. Our inbox is provided by IONOS.
If you buy one of our Claude sales skills, the payment is handled by Stripe, and we never see your card details. Stripe tells us your name, email address and what you bought so we can deliver your order, and we email you your download links through Resend.
Vercel, Stripe and Resend are US companies, and Stripe and Resend may handle your details in the United States, so they can be transferred outside the UK. They are protected by the safeguards those providers offer, such as the UK’s approved contract clauses for international transfers.
How long we keep it
If we don’t go on to work together, we delete your request from our inbox within 12 months. If you become a client, we keep it with your client records for as long as we need them for the work and for our legal and accounting obligations, usually six years. Resend keeps delivery records of the emails for a limited period set by its service.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, and ask us to correct it, delete it, limit how we use it, or stop using it. Email contact@kingsburyandmarshall.com and we’ll reply within one month.
If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113. We’d appreciate the chance to put things right first.
